Boxing for Fitness Instructor
Always wanted to give boxing a try?
Well today is your lucky because now you can. Get fit and have fun with boxing for fitness. Learn the basic skills of boxing combined with circuit training (guaranteed calorie burner!!)
If that is something you are interested in then one to one (upto 2 people) sessions are available now.
As a qualified nutrition advisor, my role is to address some of the most common nutrition queries, guide you to create a nutrition plan suited to you and use food science to help you make better choices with your diet and promote good health.
People believe that to get a good body, it's all about getting rid of everything they enjoy eating, that is not the case, it's about balance. Finding the sweet spot between eating a healthier way but still have the food or snacks you enjoy eating. The goal is to be able to sustain the nutrition long term instead of short term.
It all starts by finding out the calories you need to achieve your goals whether that is weight loss or muscle gain, from there, it's all a matter of hitting your target but don't worry, I will be there to help and guide you. I don't just focus on the physical side, I like to focus on the mental side too to make sure you have a healthy relationship with food.
